Meet GSX Solutions at MSPWorld this week in Orlando

The GSX Blog

MSPWorld resized 600GSX Solutions is exited to attend MSPWorld this week in Orlando. MSPWorld is the oldest Managed Service Provider event in the IT Channel, which was created, directed and delivered by MSPs for the purposes of providing the best of breed content to their peers.

Competition in the IT services market is fierce. With the growth of Cloud deployments, Service Providers need to be able to differentiate their offering to remain in the game. Providing application performance management is one of the areas where there is the opportunity for MSPs to increase margins, yet there has been a lack of affordable automated tools to achieve better ROI for their customers.

MSPs have been utilizing GSX Monitor & Analyzer to deliver the highest level of service to their customers for over 15 years. With GSX Solutions, they can improve/expand their offer.

Our partner channel evolving, we are working with more and more MSPs. This event is a great opportunity for us to meet with existing partners while also showcasing at booth #26 the new functionality we developed for their benefits.

GSX Solutions is basically a “virtual administrator” or “Robot User” that is deployed on a VM or a laptop at the critical customer locations. One of the reasons why our tool is unique on the MSP marketplace is that it takes a deep dive into the Microsoft application layer including Microsoft Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, Office 365 and BlackBerry. The “Robot User” acts just like a typical infrastructure user, troubleshoots the environment in-real time and proactively alerts you before your end-users are impacted. With a GSX Robot deployed at a customer’s location, MSPs can truly monitor and measure the end-user experience that is delivered to the business line. This is very relevant for Managed Service Providers as GSX Solutions helps them proactively address issues in the customer environment and reduce the mean-time-to-repair in stressful situations.

A professional services customer based in Santiago, Chile -Nubison- started providing services for BlackBerry when it was still the dominant enterprise mobility platform. Later, in order to expand its business offerings, Nubison became a Microsoft partner to bridge the gap between BlackBerry and Microsoft messaging infrastructure, as customers started migrating to Microsoft. Nubison uses GSX Monitor & Analyzer to configure monitoring, alerts and escalations for performance issues to enable its customers to meet critical SLAs (read Partner reference). Other partners, like Atidan and Focal Point Solutions use GSX Monitor & Analyzer to ensure that their customers’ Microsoft SharePoint environments are performing at optimal levels.
