Microsoft security predictions for 2013

At this time of the year, it seems that just about everybody in the tech biz jumps in with a retrospective about the year gone by, a set of predictions for the upcoming year, or both. Microsoft is no exception; last week Tim Rains, on the TechNet Security blog, released five predictions for what’s going to be happening on the security front in 2013.

The predictions range from unintended consequences of espionage to increasing use of apps, movies and music to install malware to the evolution of rootkits (and more). You can read the details in the blog post here:
