At this time of the year, it seems that just about everybody in the tech biz jumps in with a retrospective about the year gone by, a set of predictions for the upcoming year, or both. Microsoft is no exception; last week Tim Rains, on the TechNet Security blog, released five predictions for what’s going to be happening on the security front in 2013.
