Microsoft To-Do, a new task management app, is now available in preview, the company recently announced.
From the same team behind the hugely popular Wunderlist app, Microsoft To-Do offers features aimed at helping you plan and manage your day, from project lists to intelligent suggestions. Here are some of the main features you can look for in the new app:
To-do lists
Like other productivity apps, Microsoft To-Do allows you to create and track your to-do lists all in one place. The app is available on iOS, Android, Windows 10 devices, and on the web. So you can create your list and then update or add to it from pretty much anywhere. Microsoft said it will incorporate more elements from Wunderlist into the To-Do app in the coming months.

Intelligent Suggestions
The to-do list feature isn’t exactly groundbreaking, though it does serve an important purpose for the app. But the secondary features are what gives Microsoft To-Do a little more intrigue.
The app also features an Intelligent Suggestions feature. When you’re filling your to-do list for the day, you can tap the lightbulb icon within the app and access suggestions based on items you’ve added to past to-do lists or what you have in your upcoming calendar. Then you can simply tap to add those items to your list for that day.
Microsoft Office integrations
Finally, one of the most useful features of the app is that it easily integrates with Microsoft Office 365. this means that if you have items in your Outlook Tasks, you can sync the two programs together for a more seamless experience.

Microsoft To-Do is also the only task management app built on the Microsoft enterprise cloud. Because of this, it features data encryption and other advanced security features. IT professionals can enable access to the app preview right from the Office 365 admin center now.
