Office 365: How To Set Up Multi-Factor for Your Account (video)

Once Multi-Factor Authentication has been enabled by your IT department, you will be prompted to set up additional authentication using a phone call, text message, or mobile app along with app passwords for use with non-browser applications like Outlook and Lync.
