The most significant highlights are:
- It now requires Windows Azure AD sign-in
- The session status is saved to the cloud (no more local XML data files)
- Readiness checks now occur right after service selections; self-deploy customers do not see any readiness questions, partners see just a handful
- Feature review questions are last and optional
