Next week brings us the last Patch Tuesday of 2012, and Microsoft has released their advance notification for the December 11th security bulletins. If you were expecting a light patch day for the holidays, you may be disappointed; there will be seven fixes released, with five of them rated as critical. They affect Windows, IE, Office and Server software (Exchange and SharePoint). Six of the seven deal with vulnerabilities that could allow remote code execution.
