Microsoft is offering access to Exchange 12, Office 12 and Window Vista CTPs to non- MSDN/Technet Plus subscribers.

This might hurt Technet Plus sales somewhat but will broaden the beta cycle of these products which will especially benefit small to meduim customers that sometimes feel left out because large corporations can afford faster access to Microsoft resources.
