Resolving Error (415) when adding a host to VMM 2012

When you attempt to add a Windows Server 2012 Server Core or Hyper-V Server 2012 server to System Center 2012 Virtual Machine Manager, you may receive an error like the one below:

This error is relatively easy to resolve as long as you can manage the system with PowerShell.  All you need to do is enable the basic file server capabilities on the target server, which will then allow VMM the ability to push its agent to the server.

Use this PowerShell command to accomplish this task: install-windowsfeature fs-fileserver
