If you’ve been around network security for any length of time, you know who Kevin Mitnick is – one of the most famous hackers of all time. He was a “most wanted” fugitive until he was apprehended in the 1990s, after hacking into the computers of companies including Motorola, NEC, Nokia, Sun and Fujitsu, as well as Pacific Bell, the FBI and the Pentagon.
After his release from prison, Mitnick joined the good guys and opened his own security consulting company. Now he’s teamed up with Stu Sjouwerman, formerly of Sunbelt Software and now founder/CEO of KnowBe4, to offer security awareness training to help organizations teach users to resist social networking attempts.
