Some of the new and improved security mechanisms for protection of enterprise cloud platforms and applications include the new Microsoft Cloud App Security technology that’s based on Adallom (which was acquired by Microsoft last year), advanced security alerts, cloud app discovery and app permissions for Office 365, and Customer Lockbox for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
More security and reporting options are being added to Azure Security Center and there will be a new Power BI dashboard as well as a revamped Security and Audit dashboard in Microsoft Operations Management Suite.
