The “Background Intelligent Transfer Service” option is incorrectly available for any non-Microsoft Update cache rule that you create in ISA Server 2004

When you create a cache rule in Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004, the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) option is incorrectly available for any non-Microsoft Update cache rule that you create. To resolve this problem, obtain the update for HTTP issues in Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2004 with Service Pack 2 (SP2).
