Last week an announcement appeared in the TechNet Blog that four Sysinternals tools have been updated. The most important of these to security professionals is AccessChk, which lets you use the command line to dump the effective permissions and security descriptors for files, registry keys, processes, object manager objects and now prefixes. There are several minor bug fixes included in the latest version, 5.11.
