US State surveillance program and Google’s reaction

Google’s reaction to the news of U.S. government surveillance program and the alleged reports that private companies such as Google participate in this program known as PRISM. Google’s CEO and CLO published some details in a blog post last Friday June 07.  According to Larry and David, Google provides user data to government only in accordance with the law and no direct access or ‘back door’ to its data centers exists for government officials.
