Users don’t understand security warnings

The study was done by Google and University of Pennsylvania researchers, and the good news is that the results revealed that the use of graphics could help to increase the number of users who follow recommended action. The bad news is that even when they did take the recommended action, most of the users didn’t really understand what was going on when they received an SSL warning.
