What’s new in deployment in Lync 2010

I’m writing a series about Lync Server 2010 and the content of this video will be demonstrated on the first three articles of the series (Yeap, it’s going to be a long series.. so far 8 articles :))

I recently sat down with Peter Schmatz in the Lync team and he explained the deployment process for Lync 2010. It’s been changed significantly from OCS 2007 – you now do all your design in the topology builder, and then as you bring various servers online, they pick up their configuration details from a central location – no more work on your behalf to install all the roles and settings.

Watch it out at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-US/edge/Gg615436(MSDN.10)?query=1
