Windows 10 gets its first updates

Microsoft had already indicated that the update process for Windows 10 is going to be different. No more waiting for Patch Tuesday; updates will automatically roll out as soon as they’re ready. There is both a good and a bad side to that.

Whether or not you’re a fan of continuous automatic updating, though, if you’re running Windows 10 you need to be aware that three security patches that were released immediately after the release of the OS itself, but it’s not that these are brand new vulnerabilities; they’re actually the same fixes that Microsoft had released for previous versions of Windows on this month’s Patch Tuesday.
