At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this year, OnLive debuted their OnLive Desktop product. This is basically a Windows 7 cloud desktop that runs on the iPad (and soon Android devices). This cloud desktop has Microsoft Office available as well as a few other applications. Files can be shared to your desktop by using OnLive Files. Check out the video below for a synopsis:

So, this OnLive Desktop product has stirred up a lot of questions.
