Windows Live Mail v14.0.8050.1202 is now available to download from the Microsoft site.
I’m already using it and I must say it really rocks! I use Microsoft Outlook just for my word e-mail address, all the other e-mail addresses I have (5, just counting the “regular” ones) I manage them using Windows Live Mail. Since the first release of Windows Live Mail that I replaced all the other mail applications I previously used: Outlook Express, Thunderbird and Hotmail online.
Windows Live Mail is fast and has all the features an e-mail reader should have. This release adds a very nice calendar.
But you can also use it as an RSS reader, to read newsgroups and to manage your contacts.
Overview
Windows Live Mail brings together multiple e-mail accounts, calendars, and more into one easy-to-use program. Access and edit your e-mail and calendar events, even when you’re offline, and sync your changes later. Use Windows Live Mail to help maximize your e-mail security across multiple e-mail accounts. Mail combines the ease of use of Outlook Express, with the speed of Windows Live.
