Anyone have any tips on getting my internal clients to be able to access Symantec Live Update through ISA?

First and foremost, make sure you have the latest version of LiveUpdate. I had 1.5, and as soon as I upgraded to 1.6, everything was fine.
But I had already done the following:
1. Given the users HTTP and FTP access through the prosy server.
2. Configured LiveUpdate with the proxy server name and put in a user account and password for authentication. I could never get it to work when I told it to use the setting from Internet Explorer. (All this can be configured through the LiveUpdate applet in Control Panel.)
