I’ve seen a bunch of posts recently regarding reports showing no traffic. I haven’t been of much use in answering these questions, as I’ve never seen the problem in person myself. However, there is now a way to troubleshoot these “no traffic” reports. The ISA Team Blog has a great post on how to do this, check it out at https://blogs.technet.com/isablog/archive/2007/02/20/troubleshooting-isa-server-reports-show-no-traffic.aspx
One very interesting comment they make about one incident where reports were showing no traffic is an incident where disk quota settings were deleting log files! Make sure the Network Service has enough free space in its quota so that log files aren’t deleted by mistake 🙂
