Nest Labs, a one year old venture of 100 experts and based in Palo Alto, California. Founded by former Apple executives, Nest Labs claims to have built the world’s first learning thermostat. The intelligent and stylish device is intended to save energy costs by adjusting the consumption according to the house or room needs. Whereas, traditional devices keep a constant temperature for a period of time or even for an entire season, these devices learn and adjust the temperature accordingly and continuously. According to the co-founders, Mr. Fadell and Mr. Rogers there is a market opening for such devices and they have announced shipping plans of the device for mid-November.
