Microsoft Exchange 2010 Public Beta customers.

Messageware OWA Print, Messageware ActiveSend, and Messageware AttachView are already available to over 4.5 million enterprise users worldwide, and this functionality is now extended to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. With this offering, Messageware has become one of the first Microsoft ISV’s to offer Exchange 2010 compatible solutions for OWA. By Q4, the company will offer their complete security and productivity solution for enterprises adopting Exchange 2010.
Messageware OWA Print 2010 is the first and only solution that responds to user demand for a quality printing solution for OWA and OWA Light users. OWA users now have the ability to see and print contacts and calendars, including daily, weekly and monthly schedules in multiple layouts. OWA Print is driven by an intelligent print engine that determines the best layout for a user’s calendar, resulting in a high quality, formatted document mirroring desktop Outlook.
Messageware ActiveSend 2010 is a critical solution for users of Microsoft Office looking to use email functionality to easily send documents using OWA. The software enables the File/Send To commands within any Windows desktop application, including Web Links within browsers. With Messageware ActiveSend, users can now use the “Send EMail” feature with their corporate OWA e-mail accounts when using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and most other applications. It eliminates the need to save documents to one’s local computer, sign into OWA and use the attachment dialog, resulting in a one-click operation, seamless experience.
The award-winning Messageware AttachView for 2010 significantly extends the functionality of OWA’s WebReady Document Viewing feature, making it possible to quickly and securely view over 400 file types without the native application. AttachView secures OWA attachments and puts role-based security in the hands of the Administrator who can control the user’s ability to open, copy/paste, print, or download attachments. It prevents OWA attachments from being left in Temporary Internet Files, giving fast and secure access to the documents that business professionals need to make decisions. It also adds viewing functions such as the ability to zoom, and rotate documents, see Track Changes revisions, navigation using hyperlinked table of contents, printer-friendly formatting, and more.
