Unitrends Appoints Steve Muddiman as Chief Marketing Officer

Muddiman has more than twenty five years of leadership experience in the enterprise and virtualization technology markets, and an impressive record of developing successful channel communications, marketing strategies and change management initiatives. Prior to joining Unitrends, Muddiman served as the chief marketing officer for Basware Corporation where he drove the fundamental re-design of the corporate brand, messaging and market positioning to support the company’s transformation from a licensed based enterprise software company to a cloud-based B2B network transaction company. Previously, he served as director of field, channel and corporate marketing in EMEA for VMWare; vice president of marketing and strategy in EMEA for Ariba and general manager of E-Services, EMEA at Hewlett-Packard.
