Microsoft recently accounted Azure Multifactor authentication, which is a cool new feature that you can use for authentiation when you need a decent 2FA solution for cloud sites. So, what a surprise it was to see this article by Richard Hicks indicating that you might be able to use it with the TMG firewall! Still don’t know if I believe it – but worth a try.
