Overview
It is a compatibility pack for Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Outlook. The goal is to ensure that Microsoft Outlook 2013 users are able to use BCM.

System requirements
Supported operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-Bit x86), Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows XP Service Pack 3

Computer and processor: 500 MHz processor or higher.

Memory: 256 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher.

Hard disk: 2.5 GB; a portion of the disk space will be freed after installation if the original download package is removed from the hard drive.

Display: 1024×768 or higher resolution monitor; 1024×576 or higher for Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Operating System:

For Office 2010: Windows XP with Service Pack (SP) 3 (32-bit), Windows Vista with SP1 (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit or 64-bit) with MSXML 6.0 installed, Windows Server 2008 with SP2 (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows 8 (32-bit or 64-bit). Terminal Server and Windows on Windows (WOW) (which allows installing 32-bit versions of Office 2010 on 64-bit operating systems) are supported.

For Office 2013: Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit), Windows 8 (32-bit or 64-bit). Windows on Windows (WOW) (which allows installing 32-bit versions of Office 2013 on 64-bit operating systems) is supported.

Additional: Use of graphics hardware acceleration requires DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics card with 64 MB or higher video memory. Requirements and product functionality can vary based on the system configuration and operating system.

Other

Certain inking features require running Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition or later. Speech recognition functionality requires a close-talk microphone and audio output device. Information Rights Management features require access to a Windows 2003 Server with SP1 or later running Windows Rights Management Services.

Connectivity to Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 or later is required for certain advanced functionality in Outlook 2010. Instant Search requires Microsoft Windows Desktop Search 3.0. Dynamic Calendars require server connectivity.

Connectivity to Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with SP1 or later running Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services is required for certain advanced collaboration functionality. Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 is required for certain advanced functionality. PowerPoint Slide Library requires Office SharePoint Server 2007. To share data among multiple computers, the host computer must be running Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows XP Professional with SP2, or later.

Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, 32 bit browser only. Internet functionality requires Internet access (fees may apply).

1 gigahertz (GHz) processor or higher and 512 MB RAM or higher recommended for Business Contact Manager. Business Contact Manager not available in all languages.

512 MB RAM or higher recommended for Outlook Instant Search. Grammar and contextual spelling in Word is not turned on unless the machine has 1 GB memory.

Actual requirements and product functionality may vary based on your system configuration and operating system.

To successfully install Business Contact Manager for Outlook, you will need approximately 120 MB of free hard disk space if SQL is already installed. If SQL is not already installed, you will need approximately 900 MB of free space.
