Configuring customer outbound SSL ports on TMG

Did you know that, by default, the TMG firewall requires the outbound SSL port for web proxy clients to be TCP 443? If you try to get to a site that uses an alternate port, the connection will fail. Does that mean you’re always stuck with using the default port number?

Of course not. You’ll be happy to know that there is a way to use custom ports, by following the instructions in this blog post.
