June is a big month for security patches

Not to be outdone by Adobe’s large number of security fixes this month, Microsoft released ten security bulletins on Patch Tuesday that addressed a total of 34 vulnerabilities. A number of different products were affected, including Windows, Office, IE and IIS. Most are rated “Important,” which carries a relatively low sense of urgency (three were rated “Critical”), but it’s still important to ensure that your systems are updated as soon as possible.
