Windows and Office get plenty of attention when it comes to security vulnerabilities, and most organizations are pretty diligent about ensuring that updates get applied frequently. However, other programs can introduce security holes by which attackers can gain access, too. Adobe recently released a security update for PhotoShop CS4, the previous generation of that software which is being used in many companies, to patch a critical vulnerability that could be exploited by an attacker to take control of the system.
