We have articles here at ISAserver.org on how to configure the ISP redundancy feature included with the TMG firewall. He even discusses how the failover and failback process works.
However, one thing that he didn’t write about, mostly because that information wasn’t documented, is how you can customize the failover and failback settings.

I’d like to tell you that customizing was as easy as a simple Registry edit, but no such luck. Fortunately, Philipp includes a script that you can customize to get the settings changed.
