  • How does the IQN of an iSCSI target differ from the iQN of an iSCSI initiator?

  • A target IQN includes the hostname of the iSCSI target server hosting the target, and also the name you assigned when you created the target. An initiator IQN includes the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the computer on which the initiator resides.
