IE 11: More Security without sacrificing compatiblity

According to this MSDN blog post, IE 11 takes some important steps to increase security, which include reduction of the use of the RC4 cipher suite (which has some well publicized weaknesses) and use of TLS 1.2, which supports more advanced cryptography and prevents many of the exploits that work on older versions of TLS, by default.
