ERD Commander allows xcopy, move, and delete access via NT boot disks

www.winternals.com have released commercial utility ERD Commander which lets you boot into a console-mode version
of NT where you can use familiar commands like xcopy, move and del to access or
modify any file on your NTFS and FAT drives, floppy disk and CDROM. If you have
ever had a workstation or server with a corrupted kernel file, you know how
valuable this utility can be. Useful to Windows NT admin.

ERD Commander Professional Edition provides the same functionality as ERD
Commander, but also adds support for striped volumes, password, FAT32 support,
and modifying device driver startup configurations in the registry.
